The Basics

Tippable provides a free platform that lets you create a public tip page aggregating your payment app links with a QR code. By using Tippable, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• One person per account
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others

Your Content

You own everything you upload. By uploading content to Tippable, you grant us a license to display it on your public tip page and kiosk mode. You can delete your content at any time.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, involving minors, infringing on intellectual property, or spam.

Payments and Fees

Tippable does not process payments. We provide links to third-party payment platforms (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal). All transactions occur on those platforms under their terms. Tippable does not charge fees on tips, does not have access to payment data, and is not responsible for payment disputes or failed transactions.

Venues

If you create a venue page and add other users as members, you represent that you have a legitimate reason to associate them with your venue. Members can request removal at any time.

Shoutouts

Public shoutouts are moderated by the profile owner. Tippable reserves the right to remove shoutouts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

Tippable is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tippable and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us ($0).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
